LASER & TUBE LASER SERVICES

PMF offers advanced laser cutting with state-of-the-art flat bed lasers (up to 4m x 2m) and BLM tube laser machines. Our technology handles steel, stainless steel, aluminum, corten, brass, and titanium, delivering intricate shapes, cleaner cuts, smoother edges, and flawless fits for complex designs. We also provide a free-issue tube cutting service tailored for clients with regular orders or one-off high-volume projects.

 

BESPOKE FLASHINGS

We can manufacture virtually any folded shaped flashing in any stock coated colour or any PPC colour up to 8.6m in length. This includes rainwater pipes, top hats etc. saving installation time on site and minimising waste.

 

FABRICATION

Although primarily catering for the thinner gauge side of the fabrication market we are able to fabricate most designs and if not, we will endeavour to recommend a company who can!

 

FLAT SHEET

With automated coil storage, cut to length, slitting, brick cutting and nesting capabilities, we can supply flat sheet in most colours at lengths only restricted by transport. Nesting allows us to minimise wastage and save you money. We are one of the first companies in the UK who can do this.

 

POWDER COATING SERVICES

PRECISION METAL FORMING LTD

Precision Metal Forming manufacture profiles and flashings primarily for the roofing and cladding industry.  However, whether you want an aluminium powder coated splash back for your cooker, a roller shutter door hood or just a workshop bench edging trim, we are happy to help.

We have multiple state of the art CNC folders, guillotines and press brakes and can produce items up to 8.6m long and up to 15mm thick in steel or aluminium.  We have a decoiling line, so lengths are only limited by handling and transport.

A powder coating service is also available from our sister company based in Nelson with a 24-hour turnaround.  For standard stock items, we can generally do a 24-hour turnround and if you only want a few items and are in a rush, we can make while you wait!  We are open from 6am every morning (Monday to Friday) so if you need to collect early, we’ll be here.
